In order for you to work in real estate, you must be registered with the Office of Fair Trading. The Office sets out minimum requirements in order for people to gain this registration: educational standards are but one of these requirements. This course satisfies these minimum educational requirements. (It is suggested that you check with the Office of Fair Trading before starting the course to ascertain other requirements for gaining your Certificate of Registration).

It is a course used by many students to gain a foothold in the industry. It covers both sales and property management and any other aligned employment such as sales and support staff.
